Ask the builder
- Why is licence 205544C showing status Cancelled, and which current licence would the work run under?
- ASIC records the company as deregistered. Which registered company will sign the contract and hold the licence?
- Can you show the HBCF (home building insurance) certificate for this specific job before any deposit? It is required for NSW residential work over A$20,000.
- Does the name on the licence card match the name on the contract, the quote and the bank account you are asked to pay?
