Use the records well

• Keep source links, checked dates, warnings and gaps with each claim.
• Match the legal entity and licence to the quote. Similar names can describe different businesses.
• Public records do not certify a builder or supply a credit rating.
• Respect rate limits. Retry later on HTTP 429; do not poll continuously.
